Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally at senior level.
• Ability to create process diagrams, prototypes, and high-level designs.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading requirements engineering activities for new software features.
• Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Managing product backlogs and supporting prioritisation of work items.
• Acting as the link between business stakeholders and IT developers.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing.
