  • Execute both manual and automated tests across HIL environments reporting accurate verdicts and outcomes
  • Perform detailed failure analysis, categorize defects, and raise all software and hardware issues using defined processes
  • Manage test reports, evidence storage and documentation to support robust feature, system and sub‑system sign‑off
  • Create automated test scripts and executable sequences, including scenario generation within the deployed automation framework
  • Validate automatically generated test cases and contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks
  • Support HIL rig planning and operational activities, while driving continuous improvement to enhance test efficiency and product quality

  • Good working knowledge of vehicle architecture and in‑vehicle networks, including Automotive Ethernet, CAN, LIN and FlexRay
  • Practical understanding of vehicle diagnostics, especially UDS (ISO 14229‑1), and how diagnostic protocols apply to ADAS systems
  • Hands‑on experience developing and executing tests on HIL platforms, plus scenario‑based testing experience (ideally using tools like DriveSim)
  • Competent in industry tools such as TRM, JIRA, CANape, CANalyser, CANoe, TestStand, VeriStand, LabVIEW, AutomationDesk and ControlDesk
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver HIL rig activities and manage projects effectively, demonstrating proactive delivery and strong adherence to deadlines
