Foster + Partners is looking for a Senior Environmental Psychologist to join our growing Workplace Consultancy team. In this role you will bring behavioural science to high‑impact projects, shaping human‑centred environments across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse project briefs and extract key psychological insights.
  • Lead research on workplace behaviour, wellbeing, and neuroarchitecture.
  • Translate findings from interviews, surveys, and behavioural mapping into design strategies.
  • Advise on inclusive, neurodivergent‑friendly, and wellbeing‑focused environments.
  • Collaborate with designers and consultants to implement evidence‑based solutions.
  • Present insights and findings in a compelling, client‑facing way.
  • Represent Foster + Partners at conferences, events, and industry forums.
About You
  • MA in Environmental Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • Around 4+ years applying psychological insights to the built environment.
  • Skilled in behavioural research methods, data analysis, and communicating complex ideas.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with strong organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace trends, inclusive design, and neuroarchitecture desirable.
