The Role

You will be deploying your analytical skills in supporting the research design, data collection, analysis and data governance for Bevtrac, one of the highest profile products in the company, representing the key driver of revenue growth in 2026‑30. The role will require a combination of strong technical skills, management of resources and priorities, working closely within a cross‑functional product reporting and delivery team. Reporting to Data Lead for Bevtrac, and working closely with the Product Lead for Bevtrac, you will support with the fieldwork, analysis planning and data outputs for the product, including QC and client query/briefings as required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Working within a cross‑functional team to create, field, analyse and deliver a twice‑yearly consumer data across Bevtrac market universe (currently 15 markets)
  • Support the Data Lead with fieldwork management, analytics, and quality‑control processes to ensure accurate and high‑quality data
  • Deputise for the Data Lead when required, ensuring continuity of fieldwork operations, data integrity checks, and project workflows
  • Conduct secondary research to inform sampling approaches, validate quotas, and strengthen the robustness of data across all markets
  • Liaise with external providers, including panel suppliers and translation partners
  • Work with the Group‑level Data and IT teams, and external contractors to develop and enhance user interfaces for Bevtrac
  • Support the broader product team in responding to client queries and fulfilling ad‑hoc data requests
  • Support the sales efforts to build more customer engagement and advocacy for Bevtrac with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of market research, supported by advanced degree‑level education in related social sciences
  • 3+ years research and analysis experience
  • Proven technical skillset within collection and management of consumer data and insights:
  • Fieldwork management and sampling strategies
  • Familiarity with survey scripting tools – ideally Forsta – but any XML based survey software considered
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
  • Data cleaning, audit and tabulation using Q research, SPSS, SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with exposure to macros/VBA
  • Experience with dashboard creation (e.g. Excel, Tableau) is beneficial but not essential
  • Data governance
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Experience in solving operational problems within the processes as set out above
  • Demonstrated track record in producing and delivering high quality data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to work to a high standard when under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate successfully across teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and elevate issues when necessary
  • Enthusiastic to learn more complex techniques for survey scripting, processing and tabulation
