A leading data analysis company is seeking a Senior Data Manager to oversee data product deliveries and manage a team of data analysts. We are looking for a mid‑level Senior Data Manager to join our UK-based team. Reporting to the Head of Data, this role is pivotal in supporting a new structure within the wider data division.
Managing the data delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects and products as well as line management of a dedicated pool of data analysts. In addition, the individual will have a proficiency in data and be a strong mathematician who can problem solve, drive technical decisions and lead a data working group. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is vital as is a methodical, committed approach to their work. Overall, this is a balanced role where we are looking for a multifaceted individual who has a heavy data background but that can also lead and manage individuals.
Candidates with 3‑5 years experience managing small teams and multiple data products preferable.
