A leading insurance company in Greater London is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst to leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to drive better customer and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in SQL and/or Python, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. This position offers a competitive salary between £55,000 and £75,000, along with bonuses and various benefits that support work-life balance.

This role will sit in our ‘Customer and Marketing’ squad, focused on applying robust analytics techniques to generate actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who is able to tell compelling stories with data and takes a pragmatic approach to analytics. The individual will partner with stakeholders across Marketing and Digital functions to deliver against a value-prioritised roadmap, balancing technical rigour with practical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
