Job description

What we look for:

  • You advise and lead clients in the design and execution of customer engagement and lifecycle strategies across CRM and Marketing Automation platforms ( e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys ).
  • You capture customer requirements and translate them into actionable strategies, functional specifications, and best-fit technology solutions that create measurable business impact.
  • You advise on and design customer journeys, segmentation models, and campaign automation to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • You consult clients on data-driven marketing approaches - from strategy and customer segmentation to personalization and performance measurement.
  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional experts at OMMAX, integrating CRM & marketing automation initiatives with Sales, Service, and broader digital strategies.
  • You act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning marketing automation and CRM goals with overall business objectives .
  • You prepare and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and enablement sessions, ensuring clients can sustain and scale marketing automation solutions.
What we require:
  • You hold a university degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field - a Master’s or MBA is a strong plus.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in CRM & marketing automation strategy, data-driven marketing, customer journey design, and lifecycle management .
  • You show e xperience in project management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and client initiatives.
  • You combine a proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and you thrive on new challenges and continuously seek to grow and improve.
  • You are a collaborative, solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for digital transformation
  • You are fluent in English - regional languages are of advantage.
