A community health service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a team of nurses engaged in transforming Community Care across the region. This community‑based role requires extensive nursing experience and the ability to cope with the dynamic NHS environment. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality care while visiting patients in their homes. A valid driving licence and vehicle access are essential for this position.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis for 9 months. The hours of work are 26.25 hours per week.

This is a community‑based role, visiting patients in their homes across the county and therefore a valid Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use
