A forward-thinking tech company is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to enhance their Cloud Engineering capabilities. This role involves advising clients on Cloud solutions, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring security by design. Candidates should have experience in guiding teams and developing platforms while promoting engineering best practices. Offered benefits include 35 days holiday and enhanced parental leave. This is a hybrid position, requiring flexibility for client visits and regional travel.
You will be helping define and shape the Cloud Engineering capability of CreateFuture. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you’re someone who is confident in consulting and helping clients find the best possible solution - with that “right tool for the job” mindset.
We work with cloud native platforms build out through to large-scale cloud migrations. We work across all 3 cloud service providers: AWS, Azure and GCP. Working by delivering these clients platforms via agile teams or working solo depending on the scale of the client.

Our Engineering team at CreateFuture drive forward technology strategies, they also contribute to planning sessions and help to map out delivery roadmaps.

As this is a hybrid role, we’re looking for people within a commuting distance of our hub locations (Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester or London) and who are flexible to travel to client sites and CreateFuture regional offices. We are very flexible and trust you to manage your own schedule to balance face-to-face time with clients, colleagues and working from home.
