We are looking for a Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine to join our team at our Broomfield site.

This permanent post offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Medic to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding team delivering multidisciplinary acute care.

Main duties of the job
  • Contribute to the Emergency service at Broomfield Hospital participating in the initial assessment, treatment, referral, and disposition of patients attending the Emergency Department.
  • Work a shift pattern including weekends and night shifts. Tailored job plan to personal needs can be discussed at the interview.
  • Develop skills in managing the department to avoid unnecessary patient waits and maintain good clinical care to all patients.
  • To participate in clinical audit and activities.
  • To participate in continuing professional development. Study leave is actively encouraged and there is significant financial support for appropriate courses.
