You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person‑centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high‑quality care
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
  • Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
  • Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
We’re seeking someone who is:
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
  • A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • A great communicator and team player
  • Willing to continue learning and developing professionally
