Role Title: Senior Business Insights Analyst

About the Role

The team who are the primary 'face' of the department to the client facing teams, including financial planning, and CCO function supporting product development and business insight across the combined group including RIM, RFP, RAM, Trust, Vision and Legal Services.

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Support the Senior Business Intelligence Manager in their day to day role. Working collaboratively to ensure all items are delivered to a high quality in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the client facing analysis and insight team members as well as the analysis and data team.
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests from across the group for insight and data. Prioritising accordingly and managing stakeholders expectations.
  • Detailed modelling of strategic initiatives including but not limited to pricing requests and distribution remuneration calculations.
  • Preparation of key flows and FUM reporting to address leadership requests.
  • Partner with the analysis and data part of the team to identify data and insights that are most relevant and which will have the greatest impact on business performance.
  • Partnering routinely with RIM, RFP and RAM leadership as well as Trust, legal and Vision leadership as required, to support their business strategy and reporting objectives.
About you

  • Comfortable with finance and data but not required to be qualified accountant.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Comfortable in communication with senior individuals including communication of complicated subjects.
  • Senior leadership of RIM, RFP and RAM including Distribution, Client Facing and CCO.
