Senior / Business Development Officer – Beer Division

Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in‑house and third‑party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities with new accounts and existing
  • Create, track and monitor customer contracts
  • Track and monitor sales performance and achieve the distribution & volume target with assigned accounts/areas
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Explore promotion activities and extend the product range to develop more business
  • Responsible for customer credit control
  • Passionate at work and keen to develop the career path

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 2 - 3 years of work experience in FMCG within a similar sales role, beerindustry is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercially sensible with good selling and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter, strong team player and creative thinker
  • To be a very strong networker
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
