Job summary

A prominent residential developer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join their Planning and Design team. Qualifications

  • Architectural degree or equivalent and Part 2 qualified as a minimum.
  • Good experience in residential led developments.
  • Understanding of Building Regulations applicable to design.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning application process.
  • Attend external meetings with councils and consultants.
  • Efficient submission of planning conditions and S106 requirements.
  • Review externally-designed schemes against standards.

Skills

Residential development experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in In-Design
Proficiency in Photoshop
Proficiency in Sketch Up

Education

Architectural degree or equivalent
