A small independent prep school in the East Midlands is looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their vibrant community. The role involves delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils with Autism and developmental delays, while fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. The successful candidate will bring energy, warmth, and flexibility, and will be confident in teaching pupils with Autism and Global developmental delay. They should be a team player and able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The children are working 2-4 years below chronological age and are supported by specialist TAs who assist with attention Autism, TACPAC, Lego Therapy and sensory circuits daily. This is a challenging and very rewarding role in a specialist hub located within a small independent prep school.
