A community support organization in Congleton is seeking a dedicated individual to lead inclusive play sessions for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The role involves planning engaging activities, coordinating tailored short breaks, and collaborating with families to enhance children's social interaction and independence. Location: Ruby’s Fund Sensory Centre, Congleton
Families of children and young people with SEND often face challenges in finding inclusive, affordable activities and respite care. This role is vital in creating safe, stimulating play sessions and short breaks that give children opportunities to thrive and families time to rest, work, or manage daily life. By joining our team, you’ll help reduce isolation, promote inclusion, and make a real difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
24 hours per week, including:
Up to £16,500 (pro‑rata) depending on experience.
We’re looking for someone who can commit to regular weekly hours and monthly weekend sessions to ensure continuity for families.
