A leading property management firm is seeking Security and Customer Service Officers for The Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff. The role requires relevant SIA licenses and involves ensuring the safety and security of the site, performing patrols, handling customer enquiries, and managing incidents. Preferred candidates will have security experience and customer-facing skills. This position involves working 48 hours a week with a pay of £12.42 per hour.
Security and Customer Service Officers are responsible for following all client, site and company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of The Red Dragon Centre, Cardiff. This position is customer facing and frontline and therefore requires the relevant license to fulfil the overall requirements. All staff are expected to be upstanding brand ambassadors, assist with the smooth running of the centre and to manage and assist all emergency situations and incidents. This includes providing visible security cover to the centre, handling enquiries & customer concerns, monitoring CCTV (by suitably trained & licensed staff), monitoring contractors and deliveries to the centre. Holidays should not be booked at peak times of the year.
Comply with the Security Industry Act 2001, officers must hold a valid SIA Security License, Door License and, where necessary a Public Space Surveillance License (CCTV)
