Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications may be provided; but RLSS Lifeguarding Qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain concentrated observation of the pool and users.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Carry out rescues and initiate emergency action as needed.
