Job summary

A marine environmental organization in Chichester seeks enthusiastic individuals for part-time roles in their Seasonal Harbour Patrol team for 2026. Ideal candidates will have RYA Powerboat Level II, VHF operator’s licence, and RYA first aid certificate. Responsibilities include public assistance and working with a dynamic team in a unique marine environment. Enjoy summer at Chichester Harbour! Applications due by 9am on 2nd February 2026. Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 or over.
• Available to attend patrol team training week 16-20 March.
• Experience in a busy marine environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend the summer working with a skilled, dynamic, and fun team.
• Assist in maintaining safety and provide assistance to the public.
• Work weekends in a vibrant harbour environment.

Skills

RYA Powerboat Level II certificate

Salary £14.18- £14.63 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Part-Time hours available. April- November

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 2026 Seasonal Harbour Patrol team.

• Are you available to work at weekends?
• Do you enjoy taking on responsibility, meeting people and providing assistance?

We have opportunities in our Patrol team for part time work during the 2026 season.

Qualifications required: RYA Powerboat Level II certificate, VHF operator’s licence and RYA first aid certificate (or equivalent), along with a good knowledge of Chichester Harbour.
