We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our premises. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.

The successful applicant will need a clean enhanced DBS certificate which we can help obtain.

Duties

• Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including floors, toilets, offices, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
• Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Use specialised cleaning products safely, adhering to manufacturer instructions
