A leading fire protection company in Worcester is seeking a Scheduler to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department. In this office-based role, you will handle various responsibilities, including scheduling workloads, answering calls, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has proven experience in scheduling or administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. This is a temporary position lasting around 9 months, offering a competitive hourly wage and a supportive team environment.
Our Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Service Department at our Worcestershire Head Office.

Ensuring that jobs are accurately logged.
Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, and to distribute the call to the relevant person within the department.
Creating subcontractor purchase orders for work carried out effectively and efficiently.
Producing key data from service database and present concise reports to department team leaders.
Scheduling engineers’ workloads efficiently. Liaise with engineers to find out what sites they will be visiting over the next few weeks and when.
Sending out information of booked visits to engineers detailing equipment needed and service tenure.
Reconciliating engineer’s paperwork and time sheets.
Providing General Service Administration Support Including Scheduling Meetings and Managing Calendars.
Proven Experience in a Similar Scheduling or Administration Role
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional Attention to Detail
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
This is an office-based role and would require the successful Scheduler to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX. This is a temporary position, lasting approximately 9 months.
