All candidates must also bring either Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio / EPC / Industries CPQ) or Salesforce Field Service (FSL). Experience in both areas is highly desirable.

Certifications That Are Highly Desirable
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II

  • OmniStudio Developer (formerly Vlocity Developer)
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, or Communications Cloud Accredited
Core Salesforce Development
  • Service Cloud Case Management (case lifecycle, routing, SLAs, Omni‑Channel)
  • Experience Cloud (Customer Portals) including secure data sharing and LWC‑driven self‑service
  • Integration using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
  • Data modelling, security/sharing, performance considerations
  • DevOps workflows using Git/SFDX and CI/CD tooling
  • Writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests

Candidates on this path will have experience working with OmniStudio, Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ) and the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), including product modelling, pricing configuration, commercial rules, Guided Selling, and telecom‑focused quote‑to‑order and fulfilment processes.

Salesforce Field Service (FSL) candidates will have experience configuring and delivering Salesforce Field Service, including work order and appointment management, scheduling and optimisation, technician workflows, and integration with fulfilment or provisioning processes.

Strong experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and external system integrations. Able to design and maintain scalable, secure integration patterns.

DevOps & Testing: Proficient in version control (e.g., GitLab), change sets, or SFDX‑based development. Writes comprehensive unit tests and supports QA in integration testing. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado).

Experience working in telecoms, broadband, or managed network service industries—or familiarity with subscription billing, order management, and provisioning workflows—would be highly desirable.
