Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, customize, and deploy robust digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals), Apex, LWC, and integrations, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer, partner, and employee communities using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Customize and configure Experience Builder, templates, themes, and Lightning components.
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support/enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Builder, Lightning templates, page layouts, and themes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Salesforce certifications: Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
