A major UK housebuilder is looking for a Sales Manager for its Essex Division located in Springstead Village, Cambridge. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales process on site, ensuring targets and objectives are met within specified timescales and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a sales team for a high-volume housebuilder, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
