People and Culture Assistant at Birchwood Group

Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire. Reporting to the Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Kia dealership in Chichester.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and encourage potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications

Package
  • Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00
  • Car: Company vehicle provided
  • Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
  • Benefits: Health cash plan and perks, Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)
