What’s on offer:
  • Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission – realistic earnings of £45,000+.
  • A consistent 40-hour working week (five 8-hour shifts).
  • Saturdays are our busiest day, and you’ll work most of them, but we’re always closed on Sundays, so you can rely on that time to recharge in addition to a weekday off.
The role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be representing a trusted automotive brand known for quality and innovation. You’ll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey, creating a smooth, supportive, and enjoyable experience. From the first conversation to handover, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers drive away feeling confident and cared for.

We’ll give you the tools to succeed, including a structured onboarding programme, ongoing training, and clear career progression opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
