We’re looking for an experienced outbound sales professional confident in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment and comfortable meeting KPIs and sales targets.

Duties:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage new prospects, identify their needs, and match them with suitable solutions from the product portfolio.
  • Influence and challenge key decision‑makers to progress deals and secure closed opportunities.
  • Convert customer interest into commitment by confidently overcoming objections and securing sales.
  • Consistently exceed targets by capitalising on every revenue opportunity, including upselling where relevant.
  • Deliver a first‑class client experience to drive satisfaction, retention, and long‑term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.
  • Promote the brand and clearly communicate the value proposition to convert new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track interactions, monitor activity, and support sales progression.
  • Demonstrate a competitive, results‑driven mindset while meeting compliance standards and exceeding KPIs.
