We are looking for an outstanding candidate to fill the newly created role of Sales Enablement Manager. This role is part of a wider Sales Process re‑engineering drive to ensure Engineius is known to >90% of our Top 1000 opportunities. It will be fast‑paced, requires a genuinely hungry self‑starter who can manage their own workload and shifting priorities day to day. Key Responsibilities
Data Enrichment
- Using the entire suite of commercially available tools to ensure the CRM has a rich flow of fresh data, insights, connections and contacts.
- Managing Sales Funnels, data quality and reporting in conjunction with the MIS team.
Product Development
- Work closely with the wider commercial, marketing and product team to develop Engineius’ customer proposition.
- Develop new client activation process, sales materials (physical and digital), sales and marketing campaign coordination, customer segmentation management, and competitor intelligence and mapping.
Sales Team Activity and Effectiveness
- Ensure field‑based teams’ diaries are full with maximum customer face‑time, typically working diaries 3‑4 weeks in advance.
- Engage customers directly through phone, email and social media to enable initial face‑to‑face meetings for the Business Development Managers.
Field Team Pre and Post Meeting Management
- Identify decision makers in target opportunities, their connections, contacts, cross‑referrers and relationship mapping.
- Serve as the central activity hub, driving appointments and diaries.
- Ensure the Business Development team is fully briefed, prepped for meetings and capture follow‑up actions, ensuring they get done efficiently.
