About the role

We are now hiring for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Salesteam. This role is an exciting opportunity to connect with potential clients globally, develop strong relationships, and drive new business opportunities in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identifying decision-makers and influencers internationally to build a high-quality pipeline
  • Understanding prospects’ challenges and qualifying their needs through thoughtful questioning
  • Taking leads through the early stages of the sales process, building rapport and interest
  • Collaborating to improve and refine our lead generation strategies and outreach playbook
  • Managing LinkedIn and email campaigns, while contributing to the growth of our social channels
  • Handling key admin tasks such as sending meeting invites and following up with leads
  • Contributing to monthly performance reporting and analysis
What you'll bring
  • A passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
  • A curious mindset and creative approach to solving problems
  • A degree is essential; sales experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage

💰 Competitive salary of £30,000 plus commission OTE £40,000
