A growing tech company in Manchester seeks a Sales Development Executive to drive new business sales. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, and are comfortable with hybrid working. You'll focus on prospecting and lead generation, supported by a Senior Sales team. Offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus £10k OTE, this role comes with excellent career progression opportunities. Candidates must be based in Greater Manchester and have strong communication skills.

Manchester start-up Tech business with a very innovative HR/RecTech software platform for large businesses to manage their recruitment experience with AI.
Having brought on an impressive list of well known brand names as customers, they are looking to add another Sales Development Executive (SDE) to the team.
You will be working from their Manchester offices 3/4 days per week, with a day to home work.
They would like someone in the Greater Manchester area, who have 1+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or Technology sector. If you have experience working as a desk based sales person in a SaaS business, conducting a 100% outbound role, this is perfect. A recruiter background would also be a good fit. You will probably be looking to make your first career move in sales.
The role is about new customers, prospecting and booking meetings, so you must be comfortable in new business sales over the telephone and video. You will be supported by a Senior Sales team of 3, with 2 colleagues at a SDE level. There is also a strong Marketing team and some marketing tools that you'll be able to utilise.
The company is growing quickly and had a large investment last year. The investing group has a fantastic track record in growing successful technology businesses. There will be lots of career opportunities for this individual as the business grows, with expected progression to an Account Executive position in around 12-18 months.
