• Strong understanding of sales behaviours, conversion levers, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear, actionable, confidence-building feedback.
• High standards, strong organization, and meticulous documentation discipline.
• Experience in a regulated, customer-focused environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 1:1 coaching sessions that build confidence, capability, and commercial impact.
• Support new starters throughout the onboarding journey.
• Deliver targeted coaching for objection handling and product knowledge.
• Reinforce FCA conduct standards and compliance rules.
• Track performance trends and share insight for continual improvements.
