Role:Customer Sales Advisor
Location:Oldbury
Salary:£23,180 + monthly incentives
Working hours:Monday-Friday 08:00–18:00 & Alternate Saturdays 9-5, including some Bank Holidays
Opening Hours are subject to 28 days’ notice

What You’ll Do:

Customer Engagement:Connect with small businesses and manufacturers via inbound phone calls. Understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Pitch:Make Outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources.
Relationship Building:Cultivate long-term relationships with customers. Your goal? To turn them into loyal AA members.
Sales Targets:Meet and exceed sales targets. Your success directly impacts our business growth.
