We are now looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team at Riverside Doncaster, supporting both day-to-day site operations and wider group administration functions.

The role is working 08:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday

We are offering a salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience.

The Role – What you’ll be doing

As a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you’ll pay a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales administration function.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing all sales administration tasks to a high standard, including submissions, credits, vehicle tax, contributions, and associated paperwork
  • Contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and Company standards
  • Liaising with customers, third-party suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

This is a role for someone with strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to take on additional responsibilities beyond a traditional administration role.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have experience within a similar role.
