Job description

We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and telecoms to actively introduce and promote Overline’s portfolio of products to existing customers. The role focuses on developing long‑term relationships within the assigned customer portfolio, proactively achieving monthly sales targets, and meeting KPIs aligned with the company’s business strategy.

Compensation: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum basic, based on experience, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 per annum and an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and exceed agreed KPIs.
  • Visiting customer premises (field‑based role) and maintaining proactive telephone contact.
  • Maximise sales through upsell and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with all communications and business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate proposals, collateral and other information to customers.
  • Develop product and technical knowledge, including completion of vendor accreditations.
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities and maintain a quarterly sales plan.
  • Communicate and articulate Overline’s value proposition to differentiate from competitors.
  • Act as an ambassador of Overline, ensuring a professional image.
  • Develop excellent relationships with allocated customer contacts and leverage internal sales support resources.
About You
  • 3 years experience in an internal or field sales role.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Commercial and business awareness with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time‑management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, face‑to‑face and remote.
  • Positive energy within a team environment.
