Job description

Our Brand& business has 25 years' experience in creating merchandise collections for clients across a range of sporting sectors. We offer an end-to-end service from design, production and quality control, through to supporting sales and marketing activity and distributing collections worldwide.

Expansion into new markets has a resulted in an opportunity for an additional Sales Account Executive to join the team to support our client partners increase their product sales and improve our customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to your client, ensuring customer orders are processed within 48 hours, stock and payment permitting, communicating any fulfilment issues to clients.
  • Ensure our ERP system and B2B websites are fully utilised and updated – including sales process, customer returns, reports, stock control, fulfilment, setting up parts, setting up projects, internal sales orders etc.
  • Work with Sales Team Supervisor to improve marketing and sales materials, process and communications with clients.
  • Prepare for weekly sales meetings bringing a clear understanding of your account’s needs and plans (events/conferences/new product launches) and providing insight on purchasing patterns and opportunities for upselling.
  • Ensure customer accounts are kept within agreed credit terms and proactively chase customer payments.
  • Assist with attending events, as required.
Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will be process-led and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and experience working with data. Customer focused, you will have strong communication skills and time management skills with the ability to deal with changing priorities and be computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft office and Excel is essential.

Prior experience within a merchandising environment would be advantageous as would French, Italian or German language skills.
