Organisation: Latham House Medical Practice
We’re recruiting for a
Salaried GP
Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Let’s talk about size!
At Latham House, we’re proud of ours, ~37,200 patients. One site. 140+ staff. And somehow still a place where you’ll know people’s names, share a coffee each morning, and have time to breathe between patients (and occasionally have a snack or two).
We’re looking for a Salaried GP to join our well‑oiled, mildly chaotic (in the best way) machine. If you’re after a role where you can genuinely make a difference, be supported by a brilliant team, and still finish work at a reasonable time — this might just be your perfect fit.
5–8 sessions per week. Salary? Let’s just say it’s generous and reflective of your greatness. 15‑minute appointments (because some things just can’t be rushed…)
We’re Latham House Medical Practice – a mighty single‑site operation delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused care with continuity lists, a forward‑thinking mindset, and a sense of humour that gets us through even the busiest days.
Our multidisciplinary team includes:
An admin team so slick, they make your job easier without you even noticing.
We’re also a Training Practice and a Medical Academy, so whether you’re a GP Trainer, a clinical educator, or just like teaching medical students – we’ve got space for you.
We’re based in Melton Mowbray – the pork pie capital of the UK and surprisingly well‑connected: Leicester and Nottingham – both within commuting reach (if you must).
Whether you’re looking for flexibility, support, a future partnership, or just somewhere that really gets what being a GP should feel like – we’re your people.
Apply now, and bring your skills, your passion, and your favourite mug (seriously, we have a lot of mugs).
Please contact us to discuss this opportunity at lhmp.recruitment@nhs.net, we’d love to hear from you.
