You will manage and maintain the Safety/Compliance Database and handle regulatory reporting. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Administrator to join our Aviation Safety department within our Flight Operations function. The Safety Management System (SMS) Data Administrator role reports to the Aviation Safety Manager and is responsible for providing data administration/management support to ensure the effective running of the Draken Europe Safety Management System including the Occurrence Reporting database (AQD), associated processes and procedures.
Educated to A-Level Standard or suitable equivalent – Required.
Experience in Data Handling/Management and associated tools (eg Excel) – Required.
Experience in database administration preferably in a technical or Safety related environment – Essential.
Experience with management of Civ/Mil Occurrence Reporting Systems (AQD, ASIMS, ECCAIRS etc) – Desirable (training can be provided).
Understanding of Civ/Mil aviation regulations relating to Occurrence Reporting – Desirable (training can be provided).
Experience of Safety Management Systems – Desirable (training can be provided).
