As a Rotational Band 5 within the Therapy Team you can expect to receive regular supervision, a comprehensive on call training package, including a simulation training programme. You will be part of service improvement projects and work alongside experienced colleagues of all levels. We encourage you to be an active part of and receive the support of the Band 5 peer group and Band 5 mentor, as well as assisting in the support and guidance of Therapy Assistants.
