As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

The key duties will include cleaning guest bedrooms within the required time frames and undertak regular deep cleaning tasks.

What You'll bring?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Room Attendant who is passionate about delivering quality service and who will truly listen to our guests to anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. As well as having previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language, physically fit and well presented.
