A financial services company in Stirling is offering a two-year Graduate Scheme in Risk & Compliance. Ideal for recent graduates or those graduating in Summer 2026, this program includes business rotations, professional qualifications, and personal development opportunities. Join us and gain hands‑on experience at M&G whilst building a deep understanding of the role of Risk & Compliance within the Financial Services industry. Your journey starts on 14 September 2026 with a cohort‑wide induction, blending industry‑focused training with insight sessions led by our experienced professionals. From there, you’ll embark on a programme designed to accelerate your growth.
To support you throughout the programme you’ll have a manager to guide your development, a buddy for day‑to‑day queries, and plenty of opportunities to attend insight events and grow your network across M&G.
Within our Risk & Compliance function, you will play a vital role in helping M&G identify and manage risk effectively, set clear risk appetite and limits, and meet regulatory obligations. We work in partnership with the business to strengthen controls, uphold the highest standards of conduct, and deliver good outcomes for our customers.
This two‑year programme is designed to give you a broad, generalist view of Risk & Compliance through a mix of mandatory and optional rotations. You’ll rotate through at least one Risk team, and one Compliance team and gain hands‑on experience across the function. Teams could be:
