Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front of house reception duties.
  • Develop innovative and varied individual and group activities.
  • Promote and evaluate activities for customers.
  • Assist customers to maintain integration into the wider community.
  • Ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Skills

Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Education

NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
