ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our team at Daylesford Organic Farm, delivering an exceptional customer experience in our beautifully curated farm shop.

Retail opportunities are available within the farm shop and wine departments.

Hours: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week
Pay: £12.38 per hour Plus TRONC - (Paid Weekly)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth and product knowledge.
  • Deliver an elevated retail experience that reflects Daylesford’s values of wellness and sustainability.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful service.
  • Share knowledge of our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
    Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
  • Previous retail experience, ideally within luxury or lifestyle brands, though not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment while delivering exceptional service.
