Job description

Your Tasks

• Attend emergency call outs as required, including active participation in the emergency call out rota.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet profit and productivity targets. Inform the hire desk of equipment being utilized.
• Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on-site documents, to the company's standards.
• Liaise with the Service Centre to keep them informed of ongoing projects.
• Maintain close communication with the Supervisor, other technicians, and Management.
• Assist Supervisors with training operational personnel.
• Ensure understanding and implementation of Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures. Advise insured parties on operation and safety of plant and equipment, providing safety data sheets when necessary.
• Provide flexible resourcing to assist other Technicians or operate as a site-based technician on both commercial and residential claims.

Your Profile
