Role Overview

Our dynamic team of detail‑oriented and experienced RICS accredited Residential Surveyors is responsible for providing high‑quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market‑leading iPad technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide high‑quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys.
• Use market‑leading iPad technology to produce accurate reports.
• Manage workload, delivering reports on time and meeting high standards.
• Adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques.
• Act as a brand ambassador when visiting properties and foster relationships with residents.
