Residential Support Worker (Qualified)

• Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Qualified – Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare)
• Location: Liverpool (Allerton area)
• Salary: £13.60 per hour
• Working Hours: Flexible shifts (1 on 2 off or 2 on 4 off rotation)
• Hourly Rate: £13.60 per hour
• Number of Sleeps Required: As per rota i.e 8 to 11 per month
• Pay Per Sleep: £60 per sleep (pre-sleep)
• Service: Children’s Home
• Service Users: YPs with EBD, DOLS children
• Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 3 in Health and Social Care will only be considered if you have experience as a PAYE employee of a regulated Ofsted-registered Children's Home.
• Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
• Employment Type: Permanent

• Number of Beds: 4 (registered for 2 children)
• Location: Allerton, Liverpool
• Type of YPs: EBD, DOLS, Trauma, Neglect
• Ofsted Rating: Awaiting first inspection (2 other company homes rated Good)
• Ratio of staff to children: 2:1 / 1:1
