A children's support organization in Gatley seeks a Residential Support Worker to support children with Autism and Learning Difficulties. You will provide physical and emotional care, promote personal growth, and work in a nurturing team environment. Previous experience in working with vulnerable young people and a good standard of written English are required. Location: Gatley, Stockport
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,700 (£12.67 per hour)
Sleep in shifts paid at £100.80 per shift.
Weekends paid at 25% premium on the hourly rate.
Safeguarding checks will be undertaken for the successful candidate in line with our safer recruitment policy, including an Enhanced DBS check (at no cost to yourself).
This role will involve regulated activity. This service is regulated by Ofsted so all employees must be over the age of 22 years at the time of joining the service.
