  • All children receive therapeutic work driven by industry‑leading psychologists and practice, including therapeutic training for all staff.
  • We provide bespoke systems that save time by spending more time working directly with children rather than duplicating reports.

Why work for Compass?
  • Earn a competitive salary (see above, inclusive of sleep‑ins – £50 per sleep‑in).

  • Great work/life balance with flexible working patterns.
  • Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or £1,000 by recommending a full‑time staff member.

  • Access to our health and wellbeing support platform, including a MediCash scheme and monthly REACH Awards vouchers.

  • Create positive relationships, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  • Set timetables, boundaries and expectations for the young people, using consistency and organisation.
