Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a face to face sales environment.
  • Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the general presentation of the site and sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
  • Guide potential purchasers around show homes and stock plots.
  • Liaise with purchases, solicitors, and financial advisers regularly.
  • Attend and minute a weekly Sales/Site Meeting.

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
