Role Overview: We are seeking a Residential Childcare Senior Support Worker to join our exceptional team based in Birmingham. We need someone with the passion and determination to go the extra mile to create a home that every child truly deserves. This includes creating a space brimming with activity, new experiences, and, most importantly, fun and laughter.
Due to ensuring continuity for the young people in our care, we require our staff to work flexibly. Staff are required to work a 3 – week rolling rota which will incorporate 2 – weeks of day shifts and one week of waking nights. Day shifts required are 15 hours long.
You will be fully supported in your new role with a comprehensive induction program and ongoing development. This role is both rewarding and challenging, requiring a strong commitment to our values and the ability to handle difficult situations with resilience.
