A leading UK healthcare provider is seeking a Residential Care Manager to oversee the care team at Moorlands Lodge Care Home in Hindhead. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality care delivery and supporting team development. Candidates must have NVQ Level 4 in Care, as well as experience in long-term care and team leadership. Shift Details : 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend cover

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.
